Job Purpose:
The project manager applies professional principles, practices, and techniques to lead project teams and control project schedule, cost, and performance risks to eure satisfied custome. This role has ultimate respoibility for all assigned projects and manages customer satisfaction, definition, planning, monitoring, and othe aspects of a project.
Job Duties:
-Manage project from initiation to closure
-Be accountable for project results along with management
-Work with project spoor and stakeholde to complete project charter outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget and timing
-Complete work breakdown structure to estimate effort required for each task
-Provide a project schedule to identify when each task will be performed
-Clearly communicate expectatio to team membe and stakeholde
-Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout the project life cycle
-Effectively manage project scope by euring any changes to scope are documented and approved
-Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to management
-Lead, coach and motivate project team membe on a proactive basis
-Determine how results will be measured and complete post-project evaluation to determine how well results were achieved
-Develop tools and best practices for project management and execution
-Eure all project documents are safely archived following project completion
Skills/Qualificatio:
-Highly motivated individual with excellent interpeonal and communicatio skills
-Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented
-Work independently as well as in a team environment, and able to manage and lead across cross-functional teams
-Strong technical or project management background in the automotive or commercial vehicle industry
-Minimum 3-5yea of experience in project management roles
-Experience with defining and delivering a new product to market
-Must have entrepreneurial and innovative DNA, willing to coider the outrageous and respect the pragmatic
-Must be a team player and believe in the value of inclusion and collaboration
-Must be comfortable with the high growthmall company dynamic of rolling up your sleeves and doing whatever it takes to get the job done given the cotraints of time, budget and human resources
-Strong leadehip and motivational skills, respoive and flexible
-Ability to think strategically one minute and execute tactical details the next
