1、对项目的整体运行和结果负责，包括进度、产品质量、开发成本等；

2、支持质量、工艺工程师解决项目开发过程中的各类问题，汇总项目开发问题清单，并按规定进行汇报；

Supporting the Quality engineer & process engineer to solve various problems in the process of project development, collecting project development issues list, and reporting according the regulatio;

3、项目开发任务的分配与协调；

Allocating and coordinating the project development tasks.

4、组织PPAP文件的编制、审核；

Organizing preparation and examination for the PPAP document;

5、负责客户整体进度等问题的交流以及客户关系建立和维护；

Respoible for the comunication with the customer on overall progress such issues, and develop and maintain customer relatiohip;

6、对组内新员工进行带教培养；

Teaching and training the new employees which in a group.
