职位描述:
Execute the daily HR operation related to employees’ entry, stay, and exit to eure the employment fits for the support of business growth within the China legal frame.
Job Duties/岗位职责
1、Achieved Daily HR Practice:On-boarding procedures by list & e-system update/ Payroll data change reports due prior to 3rd of next month & correctness eured/ Change of peonal data and e-system update/ Completion of HR monthly reports before 3rd of next month/ Timely sign and renew the labor contract
日常人力资源管理工作:入离职办理/每月3号前更新工资数据并保证正确率/人事系统个人资料更新/3号前完成月度人事报表/及时签订劳动合同
2、Collection of Performance Review:100% Performance Review Sheets & Pay Review collection
收集绩效考核数据:100%完成绩效和薪酬数据的更新
3、Completed Annual Training:100% implementation of annual training plan and new employee orientation training/ Provide specialist support for external training coue sourcing / Assist the training logistics and ongoing process tracking report in place
培训管理:完成年度培训计划和新员工入职培训/为寻找外部培训课程提供专业的支持/负责培训安排及培训效果评估
4、HR supportive activities
其他人事相关支持工作
5、Administration Business,including CanteeDormitory/cleaning
行政管理工作:包括饭堂/宿舍/工厂清洁工作
Key Requirement/职位要求
1、Recognizes tertiary qualificatio or equivalent background in Human Resources or related discipline.
人力资源或相关专业大专学历同等背景
2、Over 5 yea experiences in HR field.
5年以上人力资源工作经验
3、Ability to build relatiohips across the board to eure HR is a valued function within the organization.

4、Veed with China labor law and local decrees.
熟悉劳动法律和地方性法规
5、Be acquainted with office software and HR management software.
熟练操作办公软件及人事系统软件
6、Good command of oral and written English.
