职位描述:
1、According to the company's strategic development goals, to develop the company's human resources development plan
2、Participate in the development of department structure and job preparation and effective control of labor costs
3、Respoible for recruitment, training, compeation, assessment, employee relatio and other daily management of human resources
4、Maintain and monitor employee relatio, guard agait labor risks
5、Promote corporate culture cotruction, to create a corporate culture of the staff working environment and atmosphere
6、Conduct regular HR data analysis and submit HR analysis report
7、Other matte assigned by GM
Qualification任职资格:
1、Bachelor degree or above, relevant major.
2、Above five yea working experience in industrial HR dept.
3、Familiar with labor law, HR information and C&B system.
4、Good communication and organization skills.
5、Excellent oral and written English skills
