1，公司档案管理及各类文件、资料及统计管理工作；

2，负责各类国内外展会的安排工作；

3，负责上海公司接待客户的准备工作；

1、本科以上学历；

I Position: Administrative Assistant

II Job Duty

1 Respoible for the file management, data collection and provide assistance to the General Manager;

2 Respoible for the arrangement of all kinds of exhibitio at home and abroad;

3 Respoible for preparatio of customer reception;

4 Other administrative work assigned by company.

III Job requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:

1 Bachelor or above degree, international trade major or English major is preferred;

2 Careful, patient, serious and respoible for the position. Good communication skills and team work spirit;

3 Good English and computer skills, better if second foreign language;

4 Strong learning ability;

5 Good-looking and elegant, female only.

IV Working time

Two-day Weekend, according to the national legal holiday vacation.
