Respoibility:

a. Define the ECU hardware development roadmap plan.

b. Build the hardware development environment.

c. Lead and manage the software team to fulfill the project requirements.

d. Hire, coach and retain the enginee to complete the target.

e. Review the hardware design, schematic, layout documents.

Qualification:

a. B.S or M.S in electric engineering.

b. About 3-10 yea experiences in hardware product development and validation.

c. Team management in hardware is a plus.

d. Familiar with embedded engineering development methods, tools and process.

e. Proficient in ECU development and good in software architecture and module design.

f. Good in C development.

g. Good in English communication, writing and oral.

h. Proficient in the ADAS features design and algorithm, like ACC, AEB, LDW, LKA, IDBC, FCW, etc.

i. Experiences in automotive bus system and diagram.

j. Familiar with the different algorithm of tracking and movement of vehicle or robot..
