Job Content:.
◆Order management. Timely track order status and keep custome informed the lead-time and backorder status. Push backorde.
◆Eure the shipments to meet customer’s delivery date.
◆Proactively resolve customer complaints.
◆Generate business reports and sales analysis.
◆Price execution and management.
◆Proficiently use SAP system to enter and manage customer orde.
◆Follow up the inventory and delivery status, give back to customer on time.
◆Document management include order, contract and customer files.
◆Clear on customer’s requests. Bridge between EKAG and other internal teams to deal with relative business.
◆Other tasks arranged by manager.
Requirements for employee:
Education:
◆College degree or above.
Experience:
◆At least 3 yea working experience with order management or customer service experience in JV or foreign owned company.
◆Experience in automotive industry is a plus.
Skills & Capacity:
◆Experience in SAP system is a must.
◆Basic knowledge on marketing.
◆Abilities of office software.
◆Good command of verbal and written English.
◆Good communication skill& see with customer.
Attitude:
◆Team Work spirit.
◆Strong see of respoibility, able to work independent under pressure.
◆Excellent communication skill & interpeonal skill.
◆Customer and detail oriented.
