Goals/Mission
To manage customer satisfactory at an utmost high level
Function & Respoibilities
-Manage warranty claim & conduct daily in-house service repair operatio on timely basis
-Support the dealer’s engineer to solve the technical issues
-Plan and deliver assigned services to custome, e.g. maintenance, itallation and training
-Perform product software and hardware update timely
-Prepare & provide service report on an accurate and timely basis
-Identify and report potential quality problems
-Provide technical support during product registration process
-Manage daily IT support and troubleshooting
-Establish and keep a safe/normative/convenient/manageable IT environment
-Other tasks assigned by manage
Qualificatio
Education
-Diploma or Bachelor degree
-Major in engineering (electronics/electro-mechanical or biomedical engineering preferred)
-CET 4 or above, can read technical document and write English without problem
Experience
-Minimum 2-3 year’s technical service experiences in medical device industry. Experience in ventilator is a plus
-Ability to work successfully under pressure and in a time cotrained environment
Capabilities

-Skills in technical measurements of using standard tools such as multimeter, oscilloscope
-Self motivated, good communication skills, and a good team player
-Well organized, proactive, initiative, analytics, time management skills
-Good English in both speaking and writing
