职位描述:
?Respoibilities:
-Deliver customer services by acting as the coordinator and monitor between external clients and internal technical colleagues regarding the progress of ipection projects and all related events
-Manage major accounts and handle customer enquiries for project related or non project related issues or complaints
-Able to demotrate excellent interpeonal and communication skills plus proficiency in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
-Proactive and detail-minded, with good problem solving and customer service mindset.
?Requirements:
-Univeity graduate, preferably with knowledge in trading or related field;
-Possess at least 2 yea customer services experience in ipection & testing industry or manufacturing fields.
- Good command of oral & written English,CET-4 or above, and good PC skills;
-Be initiative and be able to work independently to meet challenging targets;
-With strong see of customer service and respoibility;
-With good interpeonal and communication skills.
