为了保证团队客户服务工作和销售目标的完成,根据合同的要求,遵从事先预定的工作目标,与相关客户人员建立良好的工作关系,为客户服务人员提供支持。
1、准确、快速生产客户服务人员所需要的材料
2、及时为客户提供数据库和报告
3、直接处理外部客户事宜
4、为小组制定计划表, 确保工作准时准确进行
5、收集相关市场信息并分发给其他小组成员
Job Description:
To eure the completion of team tasks of client service and sales target. Based on the contract specificatio, follow the pre-set work objectives, build good working relatiohip with relevant clients and provide support to the client service team.
1. Accurately and rapidly produce the materials needed by the client service team.
2. Timely provide the data and report to the client.
3. Directly handle external client matte.
4. Make timetables for the team and eure timely and accurate execution.
5. Collect relevant market information and distribute to other team membe.
职位要求:
1. 本科或硕士学历,市场营销、管理学、统计学、社会学等相关专业;
2. 优秀的沟通和表达能力,有良好的逻辑性,对数字敏感,分析能力强;
3.耐心、细致,有团队合作精神;
4. 有独立为客户现场报告的能力;
5. 学习能力强,善于发现并解决问题;
6. 能够承受压力,具有团队合作精神和学习创新意识;
7. 英语六级以上,优秀的听、说、读、写能力;
8、熟练使用Microsoft Office,特别是要熟练应用PPT撰写报告。
Requirement:
1. Bachelor or Master degree, majored in Marketing, Management, Statistics and Sociology, etc.
2. Agood communicator and good at logical and analytical skills, and seitive to numbe.
3. Patient, attentive to details and cooperative with the team.
4. Able to present to the clients independently.
5. A quick learner and able to spot and solve problems.
6. Handle pressure well and being innovative to learn and create.
7. Excellent English in both written and verbal communication.
8. Experienced with Microsoft Office, especially skillful at PPT.
