The Role:
Based in Shanghai office of Geodis Wilson (China) Co., Ltd and reporting to the Sales Director of Greater China, the incumbent has full respoibility for managing and developing the Russia/Central Asia Trade Lane business to achieve the company business goals.
Key Respoibilities:
- Strategic planning to develop and maintain a long-term partnehip with custome.
- Act as the customer’s ambassador internally at GW, keep internal organisation informed of activities and customer situation.
- Work closely together with sales colleagues and related functio in order to maximize sales potentials and help meet the total organisation ‘s business goals
- Maintain an open dialogue with the area or global sales representative, account executive spoor and keep the spoor engaged in the account.
- Provide timely and accurate volume pipeline reports
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor Degree or above.
- At least 5 yea working experience, Sales experience and working knowledge in international traportation and logistics industry preferred.
- Deep branch knowledge, if respoible for a market segment.
- Strong business acumen and passion for sales
- Good sales techniques; concept sales, customer psychology and purchasing patter, negotiation techniques.
- Good computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft office, etc.
- Fluent in English, comfortable to work with people from different cultures.
- Excellent presentation and interpeonal skills
