Mission
Business Manager is respoible for overall management of customer accounts in the nominated area. The objective of the role is to eure that the company is the custome’ natural choice for Quality Management services by exceeding their expectatio.
Activities
Reporting to China General Manager, Business Manager respoible for the day/day management of the nominated accounts including the forecasting and achievement of business revenue objectives and BMIs.
Establish a regular liaison with the Custome to build long term relatiohips and further integration by the development and implementation of appropriate the company services to meet identified customer needs.
Support the growth of the Group activities by leading staff in continually seeking and reporting on competitor activities and other potential sales leads
Respoible for the set up of Customer projects euring the contract agreements are clearly documented and formally agreed between g&p and the Customer.
Manage the day to day activities in the designated operatio area euring that the Customer expectatio are professionally met by all staff rigorously working in a professional safe and efficient manner coistent with National legislation, Group standards, and individual project requirements.
Eure that all company employees under his/her control working in the Accounts have the appropriate induction (inc. HSE and Quality), materials, documentation, and undetanding to eure the customer requirements.
Eure the required control on employee uniforms, materials and tooling issue and return
Assure the achievement of the required performance standards through routine layered auditing of activities [inc. employee dress code and housekeeping] and supporting the Technical manager with the prompt and full close out of any audit non conformities.
Assure the goal of being regarded as the best service provider through continually seeking the clients’ opinion of the ongoing company performance through customer satisfaction surveys. Euring that the appropriate action is taken to address any advee trends.
Continually assess the Operatio performance measures of efficiency and effectiveness. Working with the Operatio Manager aim to minimise the ancillary travelling expees by judicial allocation of ipecto to jobs
Support the Quality Manager by euring the prompt and full close out of any layered and process audit on conformities identified in the Business Area
As and when agreed support the Technical department through provision of hands on Quality engineering support on customer Technical projects
Support the set up of company CS2/3 projects including the Quality Engineering elements of process audits and problem solving monitoring.
Support Administration and Finance departments in the prompt clearance of project reporting, invoicing and customer payments issues
Support the General Manager in the development and management of an active HR Operatio strategy (e.g. recruitment, appraisal, training, and succession planning), to eure the Country has a vibrant and successful peonal develop programme to meet future requirements.
Work with Resource partne to eure the ongoing provision of the right temporary labour as and when required. Providing the Operatio Manager with the appropriate feedback.
Support the Group culture of continuous improvement by encouraging all employees to identify and suggest ways of improving our ongoing performance
Rigorously maintain the required reportage to support the above activities
