2.Work experience: 5-yea quality management experience in foreign invested company.

3.Professional skill: quality data analysis, SPC, Control plan, PPAP,APQP, FMEA, MSA, ISO quality system knowledge, communication with customer and other department.

4.Advanced in English ,Oral and writing .

Job Discription:

1.Provide backup assistance to Quality Manager in the effort to achieve quality objectives;

2.Assist in the execution of activities related to the maintenance of our ISO quality system;

3.Train ipecto and operato quality requirement and quality awareness;

4.Eure that ipection & test data are recorded, filed and maintained. Perform data analysis, data reduction and generate summary reports and identify specific processes/items needing improvement. Make recommendatio to raise product quality & reliability.

5.Prepare quality ipection plan for process and product, implement Fit Article Report for new products;

6.Improve supplier quality.

7.Identify, investigate problems, determine root causes and initiate corrective actio, including process and customer complain, and follow up the CA;

8.Provide and train quality ipection guidance and direct/assist quality ipecto in daily assignments;

9.Review nonconforming materials in product line and from custome. Prepares and issues the improvement action plan
