- To deliver elements of QS assignments under the supervision of more senior membe of staff;

在助理董事/经理/高级估算师/估算师指导下，独立、准确、及时地完成交办的各项工作；

- To provide support in the delivery of projects and professional assignments;

为项目的良好运作提供专业技术支持；

- Good teamwork spirit and active collaboration, good relatiohip with other departments and pee to maintain good collaboration

保持良好的团队意识及主动协作精神，能够与公司其他部门及各位同事保持良好的工作协作；

- To gain knowledge and experience in QS services across a broad spectrum of the QS product range.

通过平时多方面的QS专业工作，增加在QS服务方面的知识和经验；

Job Requirements & Peon Specification (Qualificatio, Experience, Skills & Behaviou)

- Bachelor degree, major in Civil/Architectural Engineering Management or related discipline;

土建相关专业/建筑工程管理专业大学毕业；

- Good communication skills;

良好的语言沟通能力；

- Fluent in written and reading English, basic ability of conveational competence in English;

英语读写流利，具备一定的会话能力；

- Proficient in PC application and Microsoft skills;

熟练掌握电脑技能，具备常用软件的应用能力；
