职位描述:
It is a business facing HR role which providing HR full function support to Aromatics China business and be a bridge between HR function and business.
In daily operation, this role need work with Aromatics China line manage and employees to undetand the business needs and support on relevant coulting and advising for problem solving. Meanwhile this role need work with COMPANY CHC functional HR teams to eure HR share service support able to meet Aromatics China business needs.
This role is also respoible for maintaining the positive relatiohip with COMPANYZ labor union and Zhuhai related government departments.
-Budgeting & Planning – Support line manager on Aromatics China headcount and labor cost budgeting and planning, to meet business budgeting cycle requirement.
-Talent Management – Support line manager to conduct talent review, and succession planning. Provide business valuable advice and suggestion on talent management and development. Coordinate talent management programs in the business.
-Recruitment & Hiring – Be respoible for make resourcing plan, optimizing the resourcing process and channels, and working with business manager and resourcing team to identify the right candidate for the right position at the right time. Prepare and coordinate orientation training for new hires. Meanwhile, participate and support on various global or regional talent acquisition programmes, including China Challenger, FLP, etc..
- Performance Management – Implement corporate Performance Management policy, process and tools in the supporting scope, and eure the periodical completion of performance management activities. Identify improvement areas and make action to improve. Provide effective advice and support to business leade on employee performance issue solving.
-Reward – Interpret Corporate reward philosophy and policies to business manage, give advice to them on compeation for new hires, promotio and annual salary review. Facilitate the process of annual salary review and annual bonus calculation. Keep records of the compeation spending and, build up and control total staff cost.
-Training & Development – Review with the management to define annual training plan and eure its execution to support the improvement of team competence and skills/know-how. Facilitate and coolidate training needs analysis, training nomination, and give advice to business manage so as to make sure the training resources are well managed and used. Support on line manage to set up and improve training system in COMPANY Zhuhai, including but not limited to training KPIs, training effectiveness evaluation, and internal trainer management.
-Employee Relatiohip & Communication – Interpret company policies and labor policies and eure HR activities in compliance with the local labor laws & regulatio, and corporate policies and processes. Manage individual and group communicatio to advocate corporate culture or handle changes.
-Data Management & Reporting – Keep the employment records of China-based employees completed and updated, including employment contracts, appraisals, targets, salary and bonus lette, and etc.
- Projects and ad hoc tasks – Support the line manager for HR projects in China.
-Other HR assignments from the line manager.
任职资格:
- Bachelor or above degree, human resources, economics, business administration or related major preferred.
b. Experience (yea and nature)
- 3+ yea solid HR generalist experience in complex business.

- Quick to learn, logical in thinking.
- Good see of urgency.
- Ability to identify nature problem and propose solutio for improvement.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.

- Fluent in both spoken and written English
