Respoibility:

1. Plan, modify, implement and oveee business strategies geared toward reaching sales goals, accumulating clients and growing the business. Puue relatio with clients and work to grow their accounts.

2. Communicate with Project and R&D and customer to solve arising issues.

3. Work & coordinate with internal each departments & segments to get customer emergency case done.

4. Quote & negotiate selling price to customer.

5. Follow up customer’s visit and feedback.

6. Analyze cost and profit and hold meeting to share with company’s top management monthly, and organize team and provide some good suggestio to Senior Mgmt.

7. Manage business development department, train the department membe to next level.

Skill requirements:

1. 5yea or above business development and key account management experiments handling Global custome.

2. Good English communication skill.

3. 35~45 yea old is prefer.

4. Experience in Automation prefer.

Ps: Candidate will be based in ZhuHai and handle custome in California.

OR Candidate can be based in San Jose to handle custome in California and coordinate works with ZhuHai team.
