Job description:

1. Be familiar with Rigid PCB manufacturing processes.

2. Read & undetand & analysis customer information (e.g., Gerber files, drawings), release DFM independently based on different plant capabilities & customer requirements

3. Good communication to solve all manufacturing questio both custome and supplie.

4. Collaborate & coordinate with related team to eure PCB projects running smoothly.

Job Requirement:

1. Univeity degree, Industrial engineering or mechanical engineering or electrical engineering preferred.

2. 3 yea’ experience in MI preparation and/or CAM engineering required.

3. DFM experience in dealing with oveea custome with creative suggestio.

4. Ability to work with oveea FAE and custome through conference call for technical discussion. 5. Skillful at Genesis 2000/InCam, InPlan and CAM 350 software, for Gerber data analysis and real artwork editing.

6. Ability to work independently through Gerber receiving to DFM/TQ solving and MI, tooling preparation.

7. Creative thinking on engineering, experience on NPI to mass production follow up with real achievements.

8. Experience in high mix product design ( 2 to 46L, HDI, ELIC, Coin, Back drilling, Blind/Buried vias) will be a plus.

9. Experience in TS16949 certification and related PPAP preparation will be a plus.

10. Undetand real PCB process in detail, process engineering or NPI team experience will be a plus.
