职位描述:
【工作职责】:
1、根据职位需求和项目经理指引从各种渠道(Cold Call等)找到目标候选人;
2、介绍职位及企业,进行简历的初步筛选、电话沟通,确认候选人基本情况;
3、把候选人推荐给沟通顾问进行沟通、面试,初步整理候选人推荐报告;
4、项目信息收集,分析、研究客户的需求,明确寻访方向和重点,做好寻访计划安排;
5、录入、更新行业人才简历数据库,充分利用人才库扩大搜索范围;
6、收集市场信息并找寻新的商业机会;
【任职要求】:
1、本科学历或以上,人力资源管理、管理学、心理学、市场营销等相关专业,金融财务相关专业优先;
2、有1-2年猎头公司或销售相关经验优先;
3、为人诚实,做事脚踏实地,能够吃苦耐劳,要懂得谦虚;
4、主动性强,思路清晰,能够承受较大的工作压力,具有优秀团队合作精神;
5、熟悉猎头行业,具备良好的沟通能力。
[Respoibilities]:
1, Find the target candidates from various channels (Cold Call) according to the job requirements and the guidance from project leader;
2, Introduce the job and our clients, work on preliminary screening, telephone communication to confirm the basic situation of candidates;
3, Recommended longlisted candidates to relevant coultants for further communication and interview, assisting relevant coultants to finish the candidate recommendation report;
4, Collect project information, conduct analysis and research customer needs so as to clarify the searching direction and prepare for the search plan;
5, Input, update the resume database, make full use of the talent pool to expand the search;
6, Collect market information and find new business opportunities;
[requirements]:
1, Bachelor degree or above, human resource management, management science, psychology, marketing and other related professionals, finance related majo preferred;
2, 1-2 yea headhunting company or relevant sales experience is preferred;
3, Must have strong Integrity, Hardworking and can-do attitude plus ambitious heart;
4, Strong work initiatives, critical thinking ability and ability working under pressure, with good team spirit;
5, Passionate about the executive search industry, good communication skills.
