Drive whole process engineering, process optimization, yield

improvement, cost saving, efficiency improvement.

1. Drive yield improvement to meet target.

2. Leadship NPI and all new product to production line from pilot

run to mass production

3. Leadship problem solving team and summarize issues, Analyze

and collect data from shop floor data collection sheets

4. Leadehip new technology, new material, new machine evaluation

5. Leadehip process optimization to improve yield and efficiency.
