Roles and respoibility:
We are a fast growing company with an open corporate culture, located in Europe and China. As a company with high ambitio, we are looking for someone to join our current customer support team as a customer service assitant. Fresh graduates are welcome as long as you have good English writing skills, are enthusiastic and have a strong interest in e-commerce and positive communication with custome.
Respoibilities
-Manage online marketplaces (ebay,amazon,..)
-Respond by email to oveeas custome' queries, inquiries and make quotation accordingly
-Handle after sales support
-Communicate and work closely with the engineering team on reported problems or enhancements
-Handle incoming and outgoing emails for customer service in a prompt and courteous manner in line with company standards. ; occasionaly phone calls in English.
Job Requirement:
-Bachelor Degree or above
-Excellent written English ability
-Knowledge of foreign language(s) (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch) is a plus
-Optimistic, respoible and independent with good interpeonal skills.
-Customer satisfaction oriented; Strong interest and passion in serving custome in a contact center environment
