Key Accountabilities:
1.To assign teams, establish work process, and monitor staff performance to eure customer satisfaction.
2.To oveee day to day operatio and help subordinates to resolve problems.
3.To monitor staff performance, and conduct annual performance reviews.
4.To deliver on-the-job training to subordinates and entrust them with respoibilities.
5.To maximize shipping revenues and minimize shipping expees for optimal profitability.
6.To assist in developing /formulating business plan and/or pricing schemes for new business opportunities, and to provide business analysis reports to the management.
7.To maintain close relatiohip with shipping partne and keep abreast of current market trends.
8.To recommend decisio on staff salary, recruitment and retention.
9.To conduct business presentation and join sales call to local and oveeas custome to develop business relatiohips.

Requirement:
1. Univeity degree holder, at least 2-3 yea' experience in managerial capacity.
2. Good command of English.
3. Able to lead a team to carry out all tasks.To work independently in executing all assigned functio.
4. Good knowledge and relatiohip with OceaAir Carrier.
