职位描述:
Primary respoibility (Scope of Job but not limited to):
·Review contracts/PO to make sure they are all compliant with commercial terms and regulatio
·Place order with headquarte according to the procedures.
·Complete the check list and commission calculation.
·Archive all the sales and concern technical files.
·Coordinate with Sales peo to check and confirm to HQ for orde acknowledgement.
·Coordinate with manufactory and custome for all payment status.
·Coordinate with manufactory and custome for all delivery arrangement.
·Revised all the documents under the itruction of HQ and Director Operation.
·Update the sales record and inform sales team regularly.
·Create and send concern reports to different departments and mange.
·Coordinate with Regional Centre for all aspects regarding sales administration.
·Carry out all commercial activities according to regulatio.
·Coordinate concern issues between Sales and Service.
·Awer phone calls, gather information and qualify leads and then send to sales enginee.
·Phone call existing custome regularly for customer care and pass to the right peo.
·Participate at marketing activities if necessary.
·Assist on other departments to carry out all internal activities.
·Any other necessary aspect with regard to sales administration.
任职资格
1、大学本科及以上学历;
2、至少2年以上项目商务管理相关领域工作经验,有外企相关领域工作经历者优先考虑;
3、熟悉项目商务管理流程及相关注意事项,熟悉招投标管理,擅长商务谈判;
4、英语及计算机应用熟练,办公自动化软件必备;
5、具备分析、解决问题的能力,工作认真仔细、能够承受工作中的压力,身体健康,能适应出差。
