Job Description:

The position on offer is FOB operatio / customer service, located in Shanghai with

job description as below:

1.To deal with our oveeas clients for itructio concerning FOB shipments

and further exchange regarding cargo readiness/booking statushipping advice

2. To approach local shippe to obtain shipping information and local arrangement

3. Regular customer service activities / cost control with report to department head

Requirements：

1.At least 2-year experience in cargo operatio, working with oveeas

clients / agents preferred

2. Experience in the Russian traportation and railway operation are perfected

3. Familiar with sea-freight operation procedures and local arrangement

4. Good command of spoken and written English required.

5. Good communication skills, team spirit, pro-active mentality and see of respoibility.

职位说明：

负责日常操作，与海外代理及国内客户直接联系，安排订舱、相关货物出运及事后相关费用录入。

岗位要求：

1. 有两年以上海外指定货操作经验者先。

2. 有俄罗斯航运及铁路运输经验者优先,有北方港口操作经验者优先

3. 熟悉海运订舱、报关、仓储，以及单证操作流程。

4. 大专以上学历，有经验者学历可适当放宽。

5. 具备良好的对外沟通能力和团队合作精神，工作主动、积极有责任感。

6. 有一定的英语基础，能处理与国外代理的日常往来邮件。

7. 工作地点：俄东船务有限公司（宁波海曙区）
