职位描述:
职位要求:
1.大学以上毕业,主修服装或纺织专业;
2.15年相关工作经验,并至少10年以上团队管理经验;
3.精通纺织、服装等等产品的检测技能,及ISO9000和AQL系统;
4.良好的英文、普通话应对能力。
5.熟悉操作电脑MS Office 系统。
6.具备较强的管理、领导、协调和计划能力;
7.擅长与国内工厂协调沟通,把握工厂产品质量,能及时提供生产技术上的支援,具有改进质量问题的能力;
职责:
1、建立质检团队,招募质检成员。
2、建立和规范工作流程。
3、培训质检成员。
4、领导和管理团队运作。
5、提供必要的支持。
6、处理数量大或有问题的订单检测。
7、建立团队的合作精神。
8、指导新的工厂。
9、有必要地监督供应商的表现和技术支持。
10、评估新的工厂/生产商(质量、技术、COC等等)
11、基于订单的交货日期,监督供应商的生产进度。
12、评估每周的验货结果和日常报告检查。
13、汇报可疑的行为。
14、发展个人技能。
Requirements:
1. College degree or above in Garment / Textile.
2. At least 15 yea relevant experiences with minimum 10 yea at managerial level.
3. Strong quality ipection skills, familiar with ISO9000 series / AQL systems.
4. Good command in both written and spoken English & Mandarin.
5. Familiar with MS Office.
6. Well organized with strong leadehip and management skills.
7. Can implement and provide manufacturing technical support and procedure to improve quality levels & production efficiency.
Respoibilities:
1. Set up the QC team, recruit new QC.
2. Set up and standardized the QA workflow system.
3. To lead and supervise QA team on Quality Assurance operation.
4. Coach new QC.
5. Support QCs in necessary area.
6. Handle ipectio for orde with large quantity, or with problem.
7. Build up team work spirit.
8. Coach new factories.
9. Monitor supplier performance and support factory in necessary area.
10. Evaluate new factories/ production units. (Quality, technical and occasionally COC upon client request.)
11. Monitor supplier production plan based on order delivery date.
12. Evaluate weekly ipectio results and daily ipection report.
13. Report to QC Director when suspect a violation.
14. Develop the role and its’ tools.
