职位描述:
1.To deliver the brand promise and provide friendly, courteous and professional customer service at all times.
为客人提供品牌承诺,在任何时间都能提供友好的,礼貌的及专业的服务。
2.To describe the selection of dessert & beverage menu items to custome by offering interesting, and vivid description of the each item’ s origin, taste, and preparation methods.
为客人描述甜品单和酒水单上的项目,同时生动描述每个葡萄酒等酒水的原产地,味道及与甜品地搭配。
3.To take dessert and beverage orde for custome, upselling wherever possible
为客人点单甜品和酒水饮料,尽可能地推销
4.To communicate custome’ orde including any special needs or requests to the kitchen using the order system and cotantly update any changes
如果有客人有任何特殊需要和请求,用点单系统和厨房沟通,并持续不断地更新客人的任何需求变化
5.To traport items to the custome tables in a timely manner to eure proper food quality
及时地为客人上甜品,确保食物质量
6.To anticipate custome’ needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestio, respond urgently and appropriately to customer concer and request
预知客人需求,确认满意度,提供意见,关注客人,满足客人的需求
7.To complete assigned opening side work for operation, including mis en place, setting and resetting tables, changing candles.
在营业前需要完成:准备工作,设台和翻台,换蜡烛,清洁工作。
8.To participate in all required meetings or training coue
参加一切所需的会议和培训课程
9.To assist in seating custome and present menus
为入座的客人提供菜单
10.To eure that all sales are properly recorded, following procedures for ordering, voiding or correcting items.
确保所有销售都被记录,根据点单程序,避免漏单,错单,正确的记录。
11.To maintain the assigned station in a clean and orderly manner at all times.
任何时候都要保持指定区域额清洁,而且要有秩序。
12.To complete assigned closing side work
协助完成收档工作
13.To treat all operating equipment and supplies carefully to minimize damage or breakage and reduce wastage
认真对待所有营业用品和和设备,来减少最低程度的损失,减少浪费
14.To work in a supportive and flexible manner with other employees and other departments.
用支持和灵活性的工作方式和其他员工或者其他部门的员工一起合作。
15.Perform other duties and respoibilities as assigned by superior.

Job Requirement 职位要求:
1.Fluent in speaking English, with good communicating skills.

2.Have good image and temperament

3.Have a good working attitude and see of team work.

4.Knowledge of dessert and beverage (we will training for these)
餐饮方面相关知识(我们会提供专门的培训)
5.Preferable with related working experience.
