（武汉市东西湖区吴家山与孝感东山头交界的地点，公司班车每天往返武汉市，停靠相关地铁站点；同时也有往返孝感市内的班车。）

Essential Job Respoibilities

Essential functio include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Coordinate the manufacturing launch of new/revised products including establishing goals, training team membe and evaluating results

2. Confer with management, engineering and other staff regarding manufacturing capability, production schedules, and other coideratio to facilitate production processes.

3. Confer with planning, and new product development staff concerning product design and tooling to eure efficient production methods and quality results.

4. Design, develop and test and/or source and cost-justify various tools, machinery and equipment for recommended manufacturing methods.

5. Confer with vendo to determine product specificatio and arrange for purchase of machinery and equipment according to specificatio and quality standards.

6. Apply statistical methods and perform product/process analysis for cost reduction, quality improvement, and improved efficiency.

7. Perform design and development of manufacturing processes including production flow, WI, assembly methods and production fixtures and equipment.

8. Customer focus, Champion of quality issues and process issues, and driven the team with 8D and PDCA, A3, 5-why, etc.

9. Represent engineering on cross-functional teams.

10. Comply with EHS system’s requirements

11. Lead CI activities that enforce global best standards throughout the plant

12. Develop and lead training program for new-hire team membe

Qualification

1. Professional school graduate at least, major in automation and Mechanics

2. 6+ yea experience in machining and manufacture of automated equipment, IE

Back ground is a plus

3. Process needed Fixture & Equipment design and manufacturing experience is must, Electrical automation is a plus.

4. Good English communication skills and computer skills of Micro soft office.
