任职资格：

1、本科及以上学历，硕士优先；具有10年以上大型公司或大型集团营销管理、企业管理经验，其中5年以上企业全盘管理经验，营销管理学、工商管理学背景优先；

2、掌握先进的营销方法，对市场战略规划、市场开拓、市场管理及品牌建设方面有深入研究与实践经验，具备直销行业服务经验优先；

3、具有强烈的责任心与事业心，具有判断能力、决策能力、计划能力，较强的商务谈判和独立的市场开拓能力，有渠道开发管理经验者优先考虑；

4、具备优秀的领导技巧与才能，极强的团队管理能力，具备很强的感召力和凝聚力，出色的人际交往和社会活动能力，具备优秀的语言表达和演讲能力；

5、具备独立解决问题的能力；具有很强的抗压能力，敢于接受新挑战。

岗位职责：

1、负责统筹业务资源，设计业务系统架构，实施规划及考核等工作；

2、负责制订业务系统的工作程序、规章制度及相关考核等管理工作；

3、负责建立培训体系，组织策划培训活动以及实施分享等培训管理工作；

4、建设有效的团队协作机制，推动公司各项业务，推广公司产品。

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, master degree is preferred; Having more than 10 yea of large companies or large group marketing management, enterprise management experience, including 5 yea of enterprise overall management experience, marketing management, business management background is preferred;
