职位描述:

任职资格:

1、本科及以上学历,硕士优先;具有10年以上大型公司或大型集团营销管理、企业管理经验,其中5年以上企业全盘管理经验,营销管理学、工商管理学背景优先;

2、掌握先进的营销方法,对市场战略规划、市场开拓、市场管理及品牌建设方面有深入研究与实践经验,具备直销行业服务经验优先;

3、具有强烈的责任心与事业心,具有判断能力、决策能力、计划能力,较强的商务谈判和独立的市场开拓能力,有渠道开发管理经验者优先考虑;

4、具备优秀的领导技巧与才能,极强的团队管理能力,具备很强的感召力和凝聚力,出色的人际交往和社会活动能力,具备优秀的语言表达和演讲能力;

5、具备独立解决问题的能力;具有很强的抗压能力,敢于接受新挑战。

岗位职责:

1、负责统筹业务资源,设计业务系统架构,实施规划及考核等工作;

2、负责制订业务系统的工作程序、规章制度及相关考核等管理工作;

3、负责建立培训体系,组织策划培训活动以及实施分享等培训管理工作;

4、建设有效的团队协作机制,推动公司各项业务,推广公司产品。

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, master degree is preferred; Having more than 10 yea of large companies or large group marketing management, enterprise management experience, including 5 yea of enterprise overall management experience, marketing management, business management background is preferred;

2. To master the advanced marketing methods, to have in-depth research and practical experience in marketing strategy planning, market development, market management and brand building, with direct marketing service experience is preferred;

3. With a strong see of respoibility and dedication, with the ability to judge, decision-making ability, planning ability, strong business negotiation and independent market development capabilities, channel development and management experience is preferred;

4. Having excellent leadehip skills and ability, strong team management ability, strong appeal and cohesion, excellent interpeonal and social activities, and also excellent language skills and presentation skills;

5. Have the ability to solve problems independently and a strong ability to work under pressure, dare to accept new challenges.

Job respoibilities:

1. Respoible for the overall business resources, design business system architecture, the implementation of planning and assessment, etc;

2. Respoible for the development of business system work procedures, rules and regulatio and related assessment and other management work;

3. Respoible for the establishment of training system, organize the planning of training activities, as well as the implementation of training management;

4. Building an effective team cooperation mechanism to promote the company's business, and promote the company's products.
