岗位职责：

This role requires an individual that has proven ability to organize and deliver events ranging from Media Events for VIPs, MNC Road show, Exhibitio and Product Launches as well as Offshore Incentives and Gala Dinne.

此职位要求候选人具备策划、执行活动的能力，活动类型包括VIPS媒体活动、跨国企业路演、展览展示及产品发布会，及境外奖励旅游、晚宴。

1. The Event Manager is respoible for the design, development and production of event concept and budget proposals, and where applicable, including peonal and/or joint presentatio to and proactive follow-up with clients in accordance with all stated time frames.

负责活动理念的阐述，活动创意设计跟进及活动预算。可以独立或协助给客户提案，并可以积极按照活动时间表跟进客户。

2. The Event Manager is respoible for the professional implementation and management of each event including pre-event research, event logistics, post event evaluation。

负责每个专业活动的实施和管理，从前期的活动调查，活动现场执行管理，到活动结束后的评估。

3. Active contribute to the creative design.

能积极主动为创意设计提供想法和建议。

4. Supervise internal and external resources, maintain ongoing operatio documentation, and complete process checklists and procedures.

管理内部、外部的资源; 保存进行中的活动操作文档，完整的活动清单和流程。

5. Develop strong relatiohips with internal and external stakeholde.

与内部和外部的合作者建立良好的关系。

6. On-site management and quality control.

活动现场的管理和质量控制。

1. Competent spoken and written English.

2. Good working experience on event management, good sales skills and cross-functional coordination.

3. Capability to maintain good relatiohip with major clients and develop new market and clients.

4. Must have a very positive attitude and be passionate at work, and eager to learn.

5. Demotrate strategic or coultative approach to event management.

6. Good leading, coordinating and organizing skills.

7. Be able to independently lead team to complete event and respoible for the result.

8. Strong background knowledge on Auto industry is an advantage
