Main Respoibilities/主要工作职责：

1.Supervise on-site EHS management of sub-contractor.监督分包商工作现场的EHS管理;

2.On-site walk through for EHS ipection. Including but limited to correct EHS violation action, identify EHS hidden risk, control permission of working at height and other special working permit. Eure the on-site effective execution of EHS regulation, EHS working itruction and related regulatio.进行工作现场的EHS 日常巡查，包括但不限于EHS违章纠正，EHS隐患排查，高风险作业许可的控制，特种作业资质等，确保EHS规定和EHS作业指导书及相关规定在工作现场的执行的有效性;

3. Organize the site safety ipection. Supervise and push the corrective action from sub-contractor according the identified risk during ipection.组织现场的安全检查，根据检查和审核中发现的现场问题，监督分包商实施整改，并推动和监督整改措施的完成情况;

4. Carry out the training to internal staff and sub-contractor. Eure all the site staff to abide the EHS regulation and operation manual.对内部员工和分包商进行相关的现场培训并指导，确保现场人员遵守EHS制度及操作规程;

5. Build the site EHS management regulation and working itruction.建立现场EHS管理制度和作业指导书;

6. Build the EHS management system in company level.建立公司的EHS管理体系 7.Other temporary work related EHS management.其他与EHS管理相关的临时性工作。

Requirements / 任职要求：

1. Associate degree or bachelor degree, working experience in manufactory, chemical industry and cotruction enterprise.大专或本科学历，有制造业、化工、建筑等生产企业EHS管理工作经验;

2. Familiar with EHS management regulation, state EHS law and related industry safety code.熟悉EHS 管理规定，国家EHS法律法规和相关行业安全规范;

3.Have basic knowledge of EHS system and ability of the risk identification.具备EHS体系基础知识及风险识别能力等;

4.Better ability to listen, speaks, read, and write.较好的英语听说读写能力;

5.Good at communication and peuasiveness, team work player.良好的沟通能力及说服能力，团队合作精神;

6.Good at find-out and troubleshooting.发现问题和解决问题的能力;

7.Background of chemical industry is preferred.有化工行业背景者优先;

8.Experience of both cotruction site EHS management and industry operation EHS management is preferred.有施工现场EHS管理和运行工业厂EHS管理复合经验者优先;
