职位描述:
1. Create and review Ipection Checklist template and Ipection Reports developed / modified by TSs and save in the DB, eure the under control of technical document according to procedure OP-30-02 Technical Document Control
2. Supervise that all Technical Supervisor (according to TS allocation list) use same method for Job Preparation, man day’s estimation, review report, field ipection methodology as defined in the procedure OP-01 Service Realization.
3. Plan and follow up the QE's On-site Supervision in timely manner and following requirement in OP-01-08 On-Site Supervision, and keep record as input to identify training need.
4. Collect Error report from Technical Superviso and use it to develop solutio for the custome OP-11 Employee Training.
5. Maintain skill matrix up-to-date for all QEs & TSs in the DB as required in the procedure OP-11 Employee Training.
6. Investigating Root cause of quality issue, and implement defined CAP. As it will be defined in the OP-16-01 8D_Report Form
7. Coulting the client about quality issues
8. Back up TS in case of absence according to HR-03-00 Job Replacement for Absence.
Skills and Qualificatio:
1. Possessing demotrated experience in some of the following areas such as mechanical products and various coumer products.
2. Ability to read blueprints and technical documents related to industries listed above.
3. 5 yea minimum manufacturing experience in a management or supervisory capacity required.
4. Strong knowledge and practical experience of international standards applied to evaluate product conformity: UL, ISO, CSA, CE, etc.
5. Organized, good verbal and written communication skills, proven leadehip, effectively itruct othe, work efficiently under a minimum of supervision, travel (primarily domestic) as required, systematic problem solving
6. Good command in theory and practice of sampling plan and AQL.
7. English (excellent speaking, reading and writing), US / UK native or from Australia, Mandarin is preferred
