Tasks:
- Make hotel-, ticket (flight/train) reservatio for visito and office staff;
- To host all visito to our office and notify the staff about the visito;
- Parcel arrangements with courie;
- Awer telephone and trafer it to employees;
- Supervise the cleaning ladies;
- Request quotes for non-commercial goods needed in SH office;
- Pre-check on resumes;
- Support on arranging working visa;
- Buying and distribution of office supplies, household articles;
- Help with any other requirements & tasks from the superior.
Requirements:
- 1-4 yea of working experience in a comparable job;
- Office skills in MS Office (Word, Excel and PPT);
- Good English skills in listening, oral, reading and written;
-Univeity graduate, preferred bachelor degrees include Marketing, Business Management, Language, and Economy

Business planning & Accounting
Job description:
1. Accountable for assisting on business development projects in China & Asia market;
2. Cooperated with sales team in customer quotatio and maintain it in CRM system;
3.Analyze monthly and quarterly sales reports to review product offerings and provide suggestio on how to improve sales;
4. Invoices & Fapiao management, inform and coordinate external accounting service provider for Fapiao and tracking up the payment status;
5. Regularly review and create analytics on competitive websites – services offerings, product range, and marketing initiatives to identify areas of improvement.
6. update monthly sales report to management team;
7. Accounting management;
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Management major,etc;
2. Have strong strategic mindset and business acumen
3. Able to drive changes with solid project management experience
4. Strong presentation and communication skills, Strong interpeonal skills: work well as part of a cross-functional team and develop effective new partnehips as needed
5. Demotrated initiative and ability to work independently, Seitivity to confidentiality
6. Excellent command of written and spoken English, and Mandarin
7. Computer skills are a must – presentation software such as PowerPoint; excel; WORD
