职位描述

1.从NPI到批量生产的过程支持。

2. NPI阶段Mechnical问题的工程支持

3.在批量生产之前优化和平衡工艺流程。

4.故障排除过程问题引入长期预防的解决方案，

5,指导技术人员。

5.指导小型设备和夹具技术人员在生产线上购买，维护和修理。

工作要求

1.机械工程或其他相关工程,大专以上学历。

2.至少五年的EMS工厂经验

3. DFX的良好技能（制造，装配，堆叠等）

4 有Box Build优先考虑

5.很好的英语写作能力，口语好优先考虑

7.良好的人际关系，沟通，表达能力

8.能够在压力下工作

Job Description

1. Process support from NPI to mass production.

2. Engineering support for the mechanical issue in NPI stage

3. Optimize and balance process flow before mass production.

4. Troubleshoot process problems introduce solutio for long-term prevention, give guidance to technicia.

5. Guidance to technicia for small equipment & fixture buy off, maintenance and repair in production line.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant engineering.

2. At least five yea’ experience in EMS factory

3. Good skills in DFX (manufacturing, assembly, stack up, etc.)

4. Prefer to box build process work experience

5. Very good command of written English, Spoken as well

6. Self-motivated and the ability to direct energy and commitment to achieve excellent results

7. Good interpeonal, communication, presentation skills

8. Able to work under conditio of heavy pressure and resource cotraint
