Respoibilities:

?Conduct in-line and final product ipectio and provide advice and solutio on technical issues (e.g. cotruction of products / materials) coidering the features and limitatio of products and materials

- Create ipection schedules for QC team

- Ipect materials, accessories, parts, components and products for color, measurements, labels and overall quality

- Work with merchandise and factories to solve production and quality problems

- Investigate reaso for product rejection

?Managing a team of QC ipecto to provide QC ipection services

- Set QC standards and processes

- Supervise and delegate work to subordinates

- Provide solutio to problems encountered by subordinates

?Provide QC advice on complex product items to factories before and during the manufacturing process

- Communicate custome' requirements to factories

- Check if materials used for mass production are of acceptable quality

- Provide advice on feasibility of custome' proposed requirements and suitability for mass production

- Anticipate problems / defects that may arise in the manufacturing process

?Conduct factory audits to eure that factories meet international / custome' compliance standards

- Conduct initial audits for new factories

?Check samples agait product specificatio to eure that they meet custome' quality standards

- Ipect samples (sub-assembly product samples, pilot-run samples or custome' samples) including materials, accessories, parts, components etc.

- Approve samples

?Provide technical support to merchandise, factories and custome to eure product quality

- Communicate new standards to factories

- Give suggestio to factories based on factory capacity and availability of machinery to eure product quality

- Awer merchandise' enquires on quality / materials issues

?Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Requirements:

?Education Level: College or univeity graduated.

?Yea of Experience: over 10 yea experiences in Manufacturing Industry or Buying/Trading office on garment fields for US/EU Market, with 3-5 yea as management role.

?Good knowledge of ISO9000/ISO14000/AQL2.5/4.

?Language Skills: Good on written English, Intermediate level of oral English.

?Computer Skills: Able to use Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc) professionally.
