职位描述:
I. Brief Description
Engage, manage and develop APL's customer portfolio of high touch and medium touch custome as defined by customer segmentation and in line with company goals and directives.
Service custome to meet their shipping needs and to secure optimal support in terms of Revenues, NTVs & Volumes. This includes soliciting maximum profitable business from existing, lost & new custome.
This position is designed to maintain a territory of current accounts and develop new accounts, within Shandong area, company directio, corporate policies, so as to exceed outlined sales targets and objectives.
This is to be done with elaborate business planning, thorough market intelligence and aggressive daily sales activities.
Communication with necessary local and oveeas colleagues is crucial business development.
II. Key Result Areas
- New account acquisition and account territory management
Measure: Territory data.
- Meet/Exceed budget requirement in terms of Vol, Rev and NTV by sales territory
Measure: BvA report
- Manage and control G&A cost within budget.

III. Key Accountabilities/Duties
- Plan weekly sales itinerary and update sales call & visits as well as results through SAP CRM System
- Maintain a good cooperation with regional sales, with all colleagues in other department.
- Keep effective communication with Trade, with regional sales, and with customer to eure company policy well carried out.
- Timely market report
- Manage existing accounts and negotiatio primarily through physical sales visits, but also through phone and written communication
- Solicit new accounts for FEU/REV/NTV support that meet directives and objectives as determined by Trades, Management, Sales Manage and Country Head of Commercial
- To have an account plan or prioritization / segmentation to eure efforts are optimized for the right value custome, both current and prospects
- Negotiate rates that are favorable to both APL and custome
- Market intelligence and external lead generation activities
