Execute the daily HR operation related to employees’ entry, stay, and exit to eure the employment fits for the support of business growth within the China legal frame.
Achieved Daily HR Practice
?On-boarding procedures by list & e-system update
?Payroll data change reports due prior to 3rd of next month & correctness eured
?Change of peonal data and e-system update (incl. salary adj., promotion release, exit, etc.)
?Completion of HR monthly reports before 3rd of next month.
?Timely sign and renew the labour contract
Collection of Performance Review
?100% Performance Review Sheets & Pay Review collection
?Assist HR manager and department head to complete PE process
Completed Annual Training
?100% implementation of annual training plan and new employee orientation training
?Provide specialist support for external training coue sourcing
?Assist the training logistics and ongoing process tracking report in place
HR supportive activities
?Assist to launch the HR survey within company once a year.
?Assist the organization of the requested activities and ad hoc events by HR manager or company
?Support the labour union work.
