岗位职责

1.负责与模具供应商联系，处理所有与模具相关的问题。

3.建立工程团队，为团队成员提供培训和指导。

4.定义新刀具的规格。

5.在审查期间作为专家回答技术问题（主要是与客户和供应商合作进行DFM和设计审查）

6.全面负责控制模具质量，计划和成本。

7.从供应商验证模具布局（设计）。

8.负责模具审批流程，包括工具FAI和PPAP检验和模具试验结果批准。

9.按照EC批准的客户。

10.通过改进大批量生产工具条件支持生产部门。

岗位要求：

1。大专以上学历

2。5年以上相关工作经验

3。熟练塑胶模具

4。良好的沟通能力和解决问题的能力

1. Develop an engineering team, provide training and guidance to team member.

2. Conduct performance for team member, lead the team to achieve the goal

3. Respoible for contact with tooling supplie to deal with all the tooling related issues.

4. Define specification for new tools.

5.Act as expert for tooling questio during the NPI milestone reviews (mainly tooling DFM and design review with customer and supplier).

6. Full respoibility to control tooling quality, schedule and cost.

7. Validation of the mold layout (design) from the supplie.

8. Be respoible for tooling approval process, which includes tooling FAI and PPAP Ipection and tooling trial result approval.

9. Follow EC approved by customer.

10. Support production department by improving mass production tool condition.

11. Other NPI related work, such as BOM setting, tool trial arrangement and second processing development condition follow up and management
