We are a trading company supplying fabrics and garments to our custome based in Spain, Australia, Middle East, India and Thailand market.

We are looking for a staff to handle following tasks in our Spain Fabrics Team:

- Follow up of our sales orde of our Spanish custome with factories.

- Arranging Ipection - internal QC or External QC Schedules.

- Arrange payments to factories and request our custome to make payments. Our payments are done either by Letter or Credit or TT's.

- Communication with factories and custome to make sure the order is shipped smoothly.

- Keep a proper record of shipping documents, checking it and forwarding it to custome and our agents.

- Keep a proper account statement of custome and supplie (coordinate with our accounting department)

- Communicate with our agent/customeupplier on a daily basis and update status to each parties
