职位描述:
Job Functio:
- Maintain expee and invoice information of the Daybook in an accurate manner
- Check and sort out staff reimbuement
- Check daily bank statement and inform receipts to related department
- Prepare related reports as required
- Issue Tax Invoice to customer
- Input VAT verification for VAT return
- Filing invoices, vouche and other documents
- Foreign currency payment register in SAFE system and supporting documents (import customs sheet etc) provided for payment
- Other relevant tasks assigned.
- General support on office administration functio, including communicatio, scheduling, office efficiency, support meetings, filing, travel requests, staff contact list update, vendo, etc.
The candidate will have the following qualificatio:
- College or Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting.
- At least 2 year related work experience in accounting or finance environment.
- Fluency in English and local language, verbal and written.
- Proficient in office software especially for Exce-
- good communication skill, team player, can work independently & under pressure, detail oriented.
