Strong technical culture of the ruminant，swine or poultry (nutrition & health), and aquaculture industry.

Networking and connectio with the industry is a plus.

Hardworking and willingness to travel at least 35% of the time.

Good experience in dealing with farms, including technical advice and field trial set up.

Technical Support & Sales Manage for Animal Feeds Additives market, including Ruminant, Monogastric and Aquaculture, who support the technical and commercial development of Lallemand Animal Nutrition’s solutio (probiotics yeast & bacteria, yeast derivatives) for ruminant, monogastric, or aquaculture in China.

Main Functio 主要职能

Support business by providing field support and technical training to our distributo and clients

Organize and oveee trials for validation of current and new products, liaising with independent coulting nutritionists

Co-ordinate technical support within specific application areas with final aim to increase sales

Help our distributo to develop business

Required qualificatio 资格条件

Preferably candidates will have a degree (M.S., Ph.D. or DVM preferred) in animal science, veterinary medicine, nutrition or a related field and at least 5 yea in a similar position (feed, premix, feed additives)

or as a technical coultant.

Relevant technical and commercial experience with similar products and markets

Well connected with key influence

Strong communication skills (oral, presentation, written) with the ability to relate to custome, nutritionists and field sales staff

Fluent English and willing to improve it

在动物营养，兽医，营养或相关领域（饲料、预混料，饲料添加剂）工作至少5年具有硕士、博士学位
