由于公司发展需要，现需招聘两名农场负责人，直属公司总经理管理。

工作地点：一：嵩明龙院村树莓基地

二：元谋县树莓基地

年龄：35-45， 在农业行业有丰富的工作经验

岗位描述：

1、管理农场员工

2、组织工人进行日常生产

3、安排育苗，种植，水肥等工作

4、安排采摘，发货，库存以及财务等工作

岗位要求：

1、在农业（蔬菜或花卉）方面有管理农场的经验

2、能吃苦耐劳，愿意在基地生活和工作

3、具备较强的组织、沟通、协调能力和较强的责任心

4、能用英文交流的优先考虑

基地提供免费住宿，待遇根据工作经验5000-10000之间（工资+年终奖）。

能够用英语进行日常的对话交流最好，但不是必要条件。

Position: Farm Manager

We are now planning to recruit 2 new farm manager due to our company’s growing need. The farm manager is directly under the General Manager management.

2：Yuanmou Raspberry Farm

Age: 35 to 45yea old , has the rich work experiences in agricultural industry.

Job Description:

1.To manage the employees in the farm

2. Organize the worke daily work

3.Arrange the plantation, irrigation and fertilizer.

4.Arrange the harvesting, delivery, stock and accounting.

Job Requirement:

1. An experience in vegetables or fruits planting and horticulture knowledge is necessary.

2. Likes working and living in the countryside.

3. Have strong see of respoibility and strong organizational, communication and coordination skills.

4.Ability of communicating in English is advantage.
