General Summary

Perform a wide variety of Quality Engineer support functio for Quality Manager. Act as liaison between custome and SRG, SRG and supplier; apply detailed program knowledge in collecting and/or creating reports using customer information. Issue requests for internal corrective actio and coordinate the closure.

Essential Job Respoibilities

1) Core team member of a project during project launch phase.

2) Create and maintain PPAP packages - control pla, AAR, PSW, etc.

3) Customer liaison for plant visits, customer issues and corrective actio.

4) Manage customer complai, as the window of feedback to customer (such as BMW).

5) Manage supplier quality, including supplier visit, issue complaint and drive issue to

close in timely manner.

6) Support plant continuous improvement / scrap reduction projects.

7) Maintain ipection itructio and coach traineipecto.

8) Respoible for development, application and maintenance of quality standards for

processes, materials and products.

9) Authorized to stop line when abnormal quality split occu.

10) Comply with EHS system’s requirements.

Qualification

1) Bachelor degree, preferably in an engineering technology field.

2) At least 8 yea quality experience in factory, preferably in automotive quality.

3) Familiar with automotive tools, e.g. APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, etc.

4) Good problem solving skills and good leadehip during problem solving.

5) Good computer skills-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

6) Excellent oral and written communicatio skills especially for customer interaction.

7) Fluent oral and written English.
