Our Learning & Development team is respoible for implementing a number of Learning & Development programmes across the firm in support of our high performance and people development culture such as talent management, assessment and development centres, performance management, coaching and mentoring, and people development tools.
Respoibilities
- Facilitates and delive business & leadehip skill coues to our people
- Conducts learning needs analysis and develops business & leadehip skill curriculum programme content / learning roadmap
- Organises, coordinates, and implements key L&D initiatives
- Supports the delivery of 70:20:10 development model, such as on-the-job arrangements, coaching framework and social learning
Requirements
- Ideally a degree in learning & development, work based learning, psychology or human resources related field
- Minimum 8 yea’ hands on experience in delivering and designing soft skills training coues gained in a sizeable multinational organisation
- Certified facilitator in soft skills related material such as MBTI, DISC, OPQ or othe are an advantage but not essential
- Ability to interact effectively with people at all levels and to lead a team
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English, Mandarin
