General Summary

Respoible for new project launch process, bridge PDPM and Operation, having efficient communicate and facilitate all activities, making sure the new project can be launched on time, on cost, on quality. Provide support and drive manufacturing engineer continuously working on improving current technology, reduce CT and production cost.

Essential Job Respoibilities

1.Cascade down company goal to department goal, convert goal to clear action pla and drive team move forward always tight to the goals.

2.Liaise with different functional area to optimize line setup and efficiency.

3.Apply standard procedures for new program industrialization coidering customer specific requirements. Working knowledge of the basic principles of Project Management, APQP, ISO/TS16949, VDA6.3 etc.

4.Regular review launches status and provides support to new launches, to make each layer accountable for the key indicato meet target.

5.Respoible for the new manufacturing line setup, trafer and modification for all products.

6.Respoible for whole plant layout plan coidering business needs. Provide support to implement accordingly.

7.Respoible to drive team below build manufacturing system with lean concept, always challenging the process, to launch projects on time on cost on quality.

8.Respoible for investigating and building new technology in terms of business requirements.

9.To assist plants to prepare investment approval (C.A.R), champion for manufacturing capital asset identification, assessment, justification, qualification and commissioning into manufacturing systems for new launches.

10.Respoible for providing all manufacturing feasibility to support CDR lead by PDE during the design phase. Driving best practices in manufacturing side can be applied in new design.

11.Early identification of risk and thru coordination of resource to provide solutio and follow up via action pla, apply escalation procedure as necessary.

12.To coordinate resource to assist plants preparing for (customer) audits.

13.Respoible for all secondary tooling development, optimized and tag ready for invoice.

14.Respoible for developing people, coaching with MBM culture, to develop team which fit and support the business growth.

15.Respoible for design or optimize the management process pepective to increase team working efficiency and create most value.

16.Recommend and implement improvement to production processes, methods and controls. To build the continuous improvement culture and provide relevant support.

17.Coordinate manufacturing launch for new or revised products, while augmenting with procedures and training as needed for success.

18.Comply with EHS system’s requirements.

Qualification

?Bachelor, major in automation and mechatronics, engineering background.

?10+ yea’ experience in machining and manufacture of automated equipment

?3+yea’experience of manager role.

?Good at problem solving thinking methodology, decision based on data.

?Good English communication skill

?Self-motivated, Positive thinking, Hard-working
