工作职责：

1.掌控（熟悉理解）表面淋涂工艺过程，对塑料产品表面硬化处理有一定的理解；

2.制定新零件的表面处理参数，并负责相关工艺文件的编制；

3.当生产利用工艺工程师的工艺方法生产异常的时候，负责解决现生产问题并对设备有一定的了解；

4.主导喷涂类的持续改善包括周期优化，减废，节约用料等；

5.新工艺的可行性研究与规范制定。

主要资历要求：

1、专以上学历，有3年以上塑料产品表面硬化处理工艺经验。

2、有较强的交流、沟通能力,做事认真、有耐心，有责任心。

3、有汽车行业从业经验尤佳。

4、工作地点为重庆璧山，***，公司按照员工薪资的10%缴纳公积金

Primary Respoibilities:

1.Master (undetand) decorating processes, have a sence of PC-Coating

2.Make new part paramete for decorating and resipoilble for doucument establishing and tralating

3.Current production problem solving with knowing equipment, when manufacturing can not produce good result with process engineering recipe.

4.Lead continuous decorating process improvement actio for cycle time, scrap reduction, material savings（through 6sigma green belt project）

5.New process feasibility study and specification definition
