职位: 资深客户服务专员（服务订单执行）(contractor)

工作地点：北京

主要职责:

？按照客户需求出具服务报价单，并跟催报价单的确认

？独立执行客户订单的跟进管理，协助客户查询维修进度

？协调技术部门对客户仪器进行维修工作，并跟进维修进度

？跟催客户付款，定期向公司报告跟催进度，制作回款预测及分析

？协助公司完成各阶段业绩指标（周、月、季度和年度指标）

？查询到款信息，并更新系统记录

？特殊客户向财务部门申请信用额度

？与物流部门协调维修仪器的接受和返回

？服务完毕后，系统中完成发票申请及成本核销

？核实并更新Oracle系统中的开票信息，确保财务开具正确的发票给客户

？与客户付款和发票开具有关的其它事项

？部门经理安排的其它工作

绩效考核内容:

？回款指标完成率

？订单处理准确率

？发票信息准确率

教育背景和/或工作经验

？本科及以上学历，相关行业领域或类似工作经验者优先考虑

？熟练使用办公软件，如Excel, Word, Outlook等

？主动性强，能承受一定工作压力

？以结果为导向、追求不断的改进

？善于跨部门沟通与协调，具备优秀的沟通技巧

Job Description

Job Title: Senior Customer Service Coordinator

Position Location: Beijing

RESPOIBILITIES:

？Create the quotation according to the service inquiry

？Pushing service order confirmation from customer

？Service order fulfillment and awer customer’s call

？Coordinate with technical department to monitor the whole repair process

？Take action for payment dunning to meet the company’s goal

？Support the team to meet the revenue KPI (by week, month , quarter and the year)

？Making receivables forecast and providing analysis report

？Daily payment checking and service order update

？Applying for credit for specified customer

？System billing and cost releasing when the service order closed

？Maintain customer master data and billing data in oracle system

？All the issues with payment and invoicing

？Other works assigned by manager

KPI:

？Customer satisfaction

？Payment/Revenue goal

？Accuracy rate of service order

？Accuracy rate of Billing data

REQUIREMENT:

？Bachelor Degree, experiences in related field or similar position are preferred

？Familiar with Microsoft office: Excel, Word, Outlook etc.

？Good English in reading and writing

？Results and continuous improvement orientation

？Aggressive , be able to work under the pressure

？Capability of cross-department communication
