DESCRIPTIORESPOIBILITIES:

Respoibility

* Assists in the review of program proposals or pla to determine time

frame, funding limitatio, procedures for accomplishing program,

staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various

phases of program.

* Confe with appropriate manage within Program Management,

Operatio and othe to outline work plan and to assign duties,

respoibilities and scope of authority, and to receive technical

advice and resolve problems.

* Works with Program/Engineering Manager to coordinate activities of

Customer Focus Team (CFT) membe to eure program progresses on

schedule and within prescribed budget, including facilitating the

necessary matrix relatiohips.

* Reviews status reports prepared by Customer Focus Team (CFT) membe

and modifies schedules or pla as required.

* Prepares program reports for management, client, or othe.

* Quotation, zero cost analysis.

* Maintain and manage project implementation plan

* Lead and coordinate functional depts. to make sure programs are

meeting customer’s requirement and need.

Job requirements:

1. Good computer operation skill, knowledge of MS office suite,

Microsoft Project.

2. Good communication skills, coordination skill.

3. Language skills – good spoken and written English.

4. Univeity degree /diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing or Business

Administration.

5. Prior working experience in contract manufacturing, stamping or

plastic manufacturing environment.

6. Prior exposure in leading project teams with a proven track record

of results.
