Essential Functio:

?The scope cove overall management for Manufacturing,Engineering,Quality,and Warehouse,etc.

?Establish objectives and track key performance indicato across the organization; eure continued improvement on Productivity,Engineering, Quality, Delivery, , Cost and 6S;

?Develop short and long term pla in alignment with the strategic plan and annual profit plan objectives to drive superior operational performance and financial results;

?Drives continuous improvement in Quality and Cost through the implementation of the

company’s key beliefs and initiatives, and focus on driving a Lean Culture;

?Accountable for Budgetary recommendatio on capital expenditures, direct/indirect labor

and is respoible for achieving the plant’s financial goals;

?Collaborative ability to drive change and leadehip ownehip / accountability;

Qualificatio:

?Bachelor degree from an accredited intuition, MBA is preferred;

?Minimum 10 yea production management experience in a multinational company, in related electronic industry preferred;

?Good commanding of knowledge in production planning, manufacture engineering, Quality and etc.

?Strong financial and business acumen;

?Excellent logic thinking, communication, analysis, problem solving, decision making and execution ability;

?Mature, excellent leadehip with good team development skills;

?Fluent in Chinese and English.
