Job Description

Job Title: Manager – Engineering Shared Services

Education Level:

* Any Graduate with Engineering / Engineering Services experience.

* An MBA is preferred.

Experience Required:

* 12-15+ yea of experience in Engineering processes At least few of these yea in a Manufacturing set up (preferably EMS) At least 5 of these yea managing an Engineering team

Candidate Profile:

* Demotrated ability to work under pressure and manage many tasks/projects simultaneously At least 15+ yea of work experience in the related field is required for this position.

* Preferably worked as Assistant Manager / Manager (or equivalent) managing Engineering processes Excellent interpeonal skills Demotrated ability in analytical thinking Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, professionals journals, technical procedures or governmental regulatio.

* Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.

* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questio from Senior Management and custome Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situatio where only limited standardization exists.

* Knowledge of ERP (Preferably BAAN) Knowledge of MS office and MS outlook Excellent Coaching & mentoring skills.

* Excellent Conflict resolution skills Reporting & Decision making skills MUST be a GO GETTER

Job Respoibilities:

* Direct and coordinate activities of peonnel engaged in below Engineering Activities

* Engineering Change Order Management (ECO/MCO/ECN)

* Creating setup like product Number, BOM Structure etc in PLM (Product Life Cycle Management) and ERP for new Products * Creating part numbe for BOM in agile PLM & Baan ERP

* Creating AVL in agile & Baan system
