职位描述:
Essential Duties / Respoibilities
Support marketing manager to develop a complete and effective product strategy and tactics/activates for business in China market.
To develop positing of the product and brand platforms, including Chinese product name.
To build up and maintain the relatiohip with KOLs and key use of central cities and Key cities.
Monitor and analyse Sales development trends, suggest and implement initiatives to improve the trends.
Optimize product portfolio according to Corporate and local marketing strategies.
Plan and execute conference participation and Key User semina as well as case studies and case competitio according to yearly plan.
Monitor, analyse, and evaluate market trends, coumer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the productervice and to document market shares, sales by key playe as well as key products and key messages
Design and update promotion tools such as promotional items and brochures for marketing and campaig or oveeeing such activity.
Provide marketing training material to training department for employee training and execute employee training according to agreement with training departments.
Communicate with HQ concerning marketing issues
Product technical support in terms of customer complaint handling and customer communication, including working with RA to eure all product registratio are in place.
Job Qualificatio
Medical univeity background, major in pharmaceutical related and the Master degree is a plus
More than 2 yea’ working experience of PM position in MNC pharmaceutical or medical device companies
Familiar with wound and related fields is plus.
Good English skill ( including writing, reading and oral)
Highly self-motivated
Good presentation skills (Including being well veed in MS Office applicatio)
Good analytical skills
Good interpeonal skill
