Respoibilities

- Review customer specification.

- Monitor the quality status and feedback the improvement during developing phase.

- Supplier audit, ranking supplier performance, statistics of KPI prepare monthly report.

- Cooperate with residents to deal with customer complaint, and lead internally to solve customer complaints and issues.

- Communicate with customer about their quality requirement and reach the agreement.

- Conduct pre-audit before customer audit.

Qualificatio:

- Engineering Degree in mechanical engineering or relevant

- 3 yea' experience at least in Automotive industry

- Experience with OEMs, experience with SGM/GM is advantage

- Familiar with problem solving techniques

- Familiar with quality tools in automotive industry.

- Fluent in Writing English.
